Bûche de Noel: $45 each, serves 8-10 people
International Delight: Dark Matter coffee mousse, deep, rich caramel, and a Hazelnut dacquoise, enrobed in a "Magic Shell" of milk chocolate and caramelized hazelnuts.
La Bretonne: Madagascar vanilla bean mousse, Tatin caramel Pink Lady apples, and a Sablé Breton, enrobed in a white chocolate "snow" glaze.

Bourbon Pecan Tarte: Rich Pecan crème spiked with a little Kentucky Bourbon, resting under candied pecans, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Chocolate Caramel Tarte: Deep, rich salted caramel sits under a bed of delicious dark chocolate ganache, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Macarons: $18 for 12 pieces. Eggnog, Dark chocolate Peppermint; check availability for additional flavors.
