Bourbon Pecan Tarte: Rich Pecan crème spiked with a little Kentucky Bourbon, resting under candied pecans, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Cranberry Apple Tarte: Pink Lady apples poached in an apple brandy and vanilla bean syrup with fresh poached cranberries, lay upon a bed of Fall-spiced pastry crème, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Sweet Potato Tarte: Roasted sweet potato crème with pecan crumble and toasted marshmallow meringue, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Chocolate Caramel Tarte: Deep, rich salted caramel sits under a bed of delicious dark chocolate ganache, in an Almond Sablé tarte shell.
Gateaux: $45 each, serves 10-12 people
Pumpkin Spice: Roasted pumpkin mousse, milk chocolate caramel crunch layer and a Vanilla Spice cake, enrobed in a caramelized white chocolate glaze.
Le Passion: Milk chocolate Passion fruit mousse, Passion Fruit crème, Hazelnut crunch and flourless chocolate cake, enrobed in a dark chocolate glaze.
